Fondue is a current obsession of mine, so I have to say it was pretty wonderful to have some of my favorite people over tonight for some serious fonding. After a quick run to the grocery store we diced and prepared what turned out to be a lot of food around the coffee table; a vegetable medley of carrots, cauliflower and broccoli, chicken, tofu, beef, shrimp, plus a couple various sauces. All for under twenty dollars? Oh fondue, how I love thee.
